Welcome to The Road to Healing, a special Spanish language series airing on Saturday mornings in October at 9 o’clock. Each program will feature an inspirational speaker, who will help us see the world through a spiritual lens. The uplifting, strengthening ideas you’ll hear can support and heal you, your family and neighbors, and the world.
We will begin the series, on October 2, at 9:00 AM with a talk entitled; “There Is A Solution” by Evelin Frizotti CSB. This talk will also be available with English subtitles on our website: thirdchurchnyc.com. Evelin encourages: “Never give up, you are more than conquerors in Divine Love, you are the beloved of Love. No matter the circumstance that may lead you to believe that you are alone in a sea of uncertainty, or struggling with financial problems, or a physical illness, there is a solution available for you and for each of us to meet the challenge”. The series continues on October 9 at 9:00 AM with a talk entitled: “Christian Science – A Clearer View Of You” by Lyle Young CSB. Lyle will ask you to think deeply about these questions: Who are we, really? You and I, and all humanity? The health, harmony, and joy we experience in life depend on our answer to this question. The next program in the series is on October 16 at 9:00 AM entitled: “Never alone: how spiritual ideas work in us” by Melanie Wahlberg CS. Melanie will speak about ways to experience God as an active presence of good in our lives, and a reliable source of fresh ideas that bring about inspired solutions. The final program in the series is on October 23 at 9:00 AM entitled: “Our Right to Immunity” by Monica Passaglia, CSB. In this lecture, we will explore how we can live with hope, in calmness, with immunity to fear, as we perceive a broader and deeper idea of God and God’s unwavering love, that’s always with us. In the light of this understanding, we will examine how living without fear has an impact in our daily lives, even on our health and well-being. I will share encouraging examples from my life and the life of others, including of people’s experiences during the pandemic.
