This Christmas Eve we will share an inspiring story of those guided to the manger by angels to experience the Christ in Mike Mooslin’s talk “Being Drawn To The Christ”. His talk features a journey through the Old Testament prophecies of the coming of the Christ.
Please join us in person on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December, 24th at 583 Park Ave and 63rd Street. The talk will begin at 7:30 PM Eastern Time preceded by inspirational Christmas music at 7:15 PM. About Michael Mooslin
Michael Mooslin, C.S., has spent over 30 years in business, designing human resource programs for the developmentally disabled. His work has been showcased in ABC, CBS and NBC news magazines, and has been featured in a Health and Human Services documentary. In 1986, he was honored for his work by President Reagan. He has taught college aged Sunday School classes for over 50 years including an online college-age class for The Mother Church in Boston. Mike has served on numerous Christian Science Nursing Boards, has written frequently for the Christian Science periodicals, and in 2020 became a Journal Listed practitioner in the healing ministry of Christian Science.
About Jenny Lynn Stewart
Jenny Lynn Stewart has been Third Church’s soloist for more than 10 years. Jenny grew up in Detroit Michigan. She earned a Bachelor of Music degree in voice performance from The University of Michigan. Jenny made her Carnegie Hall debut as the soprano soloist in Dvorak’s Requiem. She has toured the United States and the world in such Rodgers and Hammerstein classics as Carousel (Nettie Fowler) and The Sound of Music (The Mother Abbess) with fellow artists including Marie Osmond, John Davidson, and Patrick Cassidy.
About Todd Peters
Todd is happy to serve Third Church as its organist. He has two advanced degrees, one from Indiana University and the other from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Peters has been an theatre director, coach, teacher, and organist starting as a teenager in his hometown church in the Midwest.
