Third Church invites you and your friends to a night at the movies! On Saturday, May 31st, at 7:00pm we will be showing The Hose On Broad Street presented by the Longyear Museum. This film document the years during which Mary Baker Eddy completed and published the first three editions of Science and Health, formed the Christian Scientist Association, and chartered the Massachusetts Metaphysical College. It documents Mrs. Eddy’s far-reaching work to establish Christian Science while living in her modest home in Lynn, Massachusetts.
Join us as we enjoy this film on the big screen. Light refreshments will be served, and a discussion of the film’s themes and topics will follow. We plan to continue showcasing the documentaries of the Longyear Museum in the coming months, so be on the lookout for more Movie Night announcements to come!
