Group Bible Study resumes this month on Sunday, September 27th.  We’ll be meeting at 1:00pm in the Sunday School to continue our study of the book of Acts, chapters 16 through 18.  In these chapters, Paul, with the help of other disciples, continues his mission of preaching the gospel to all who will hear it, much like a presidential candidate giving his stump speech at every stop along the way.  Arguably his most famous sermon in this journey is the one given at Mars Hill in Athens.  This address, which was given to the leading Greek philosophers of the time, is chalked full of practical inspiration that is still applicable to our lives today.
