This Wednesday, we’ll hear readings from the Bible and Science and Health about evangelism.  Sharing one’s faith can be a difficult task, but sharing with the intent of “winning or reviving personal commitments to Christ” (Merriam-Webster) can seem not only impossible, but also a bit rude, in our modern society where so many different cultural and religious beliefs exist side by side.

So how do we honor what Jesus asks us to do in the Bible when he says “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15)?  Join us, September 18th at 7:30pm as we ponder what it means to be a “Modern Evangel.”
